I have a message for you. This is, in part, a reminder to me and, in part, a guide for you to create the life you desire.
You will not get what you want if you are not feeling good currently.
You will not manifest your desires if you continue to feel frustrated and stressed.
Your luck will not change if you are feeling down in the dumps.
This is the Law of Attraction.
It is always in play.
So once you have had your meltdown.
Choose to feel good now, and then watch your luck change.
Here is a cheat sheet to help you feel good starting today. Use the Law of Attraction to get unstuck.
Exercise
Meditate
Notice your thoughts and only choose to believe those that are supportive and appreciative of you.
Change your point of focus. Pay attention to what pleases you. Be deliberate about it.
Go out in nature.
Make a gratitude list. Read it multiple times today.
Connect first with inner wise self, then catch up with a trusted, supportive friend or family member.
If these steps don’t give you relief from feeling down in the dumps or feeling consistent negative emotion, then hire a professional to help you.

And when you feel better, your luck changes.
You cannot keep feeling the same way and expect a different outcome.
